Ⅰ. Subjects
- Student visa (D2, D4) holder (Excluding students with F types of visa)
- Who has a certain level of proficiency in the Korean language
- For English track courses: TOEFL (IBT71), IELTS 5.5 or higher
- Native English-speaking countries: submission exempt
- A person residing in Korea
- Confirmed by Seoul campus office 2F

Ⅲ. Required Document
- Passport, Alien card, application form
- Part-time work of foreign student confirmation form
- Standard labor contract
- Descriptions for work, period, time, hourly wage, and place must be in detail
- Business registration certificate
- The employer name on all documents must be identical
- TOPIK score report
- Registration certificate, transcript
Ⅳ. Notes
- Working without prior permission = illegal employment (Immigration Control Act Article 94)
- First detection → Fine + restriction of part-time work for 1 year
- Second detection → Forced deportation
- If permission is granted but conditions are violated:
- First detection → Restriction of part-time work for 1 year
- Second detection → Prohibition of part-time work
- Third detection → Cancellation of study abroad qualifications
- Undergraduate students in excess semesters are not permitted part-time work
