In September of that year, it was officially approved as a specialized graduate school for venture management, and later expanded to its Seoul Campus in October 2001. As of 2023, the school has produced over 500 master’s degree holders and more than 700 doctoral graduates, including both management and engineering doctorates. Our alumni are now active in diverse fields such as venture startups, major corporations, SMEs, government agencies, public institutions, academia, and research.

In 2025, our Graduate School operates three departments:
- Department of Venture Management (Ph.D. in Business Administration)
- Department of Venture Investment&Finance (Ph.D. in Business Administration)
- Department of Convergence Engineering (Ph.D. in Engineering)

Each program is designed to cultivate highly specialized professionals based on the unique characteristics of its field.

The launch of the iPhone in June 2007 marked the beginning of the smart era, and today, no one can deny that we live in a digital age. In line with this shift, our Graduate School has continuously evolved with a spirit of innovation. We have expanded the scope of our curriculum beyond humanities, social sciences, and engineering to include emerging fields such as investment, finance, and artificial intelligence. By combining these areas with creative content and interdisciplinary convergence, we strive to lead the venture industry.

Most of our students are currently working professionals from various sectors including entrepreneurship, corporations, government, finance, public institutions, and the professional services industry. Our distinguished faculty, rich in practical experience, offers not only academic excellence but also valuable networking opportunities.
