Guidelines for Uploading Graduation Candidates’ Thesis to dCollection
1. Thesis Upload Period:
~ January 13, 2026 (Tue.)
2. How to Access dCollection
A. Submitter Verification
Go to the Electronic Library dCollection (https://hoseo.dcollection.net/) → Click [로그인] (top right)
→ Click [제출자 로그인 인증]
→ Enter ID, Name, Email, then click [확인]
→ Complete email verification
→ On the password change screen, register your new password
B. Submitting Your Thesis
Click [자료제출] → Agree to the personal information agreement → Upload your thesis
→ The Academic Affairs Team will review and approve → Click [제출내역] → After upload, check approval
→ Print [저작권동의서 출력] → Submit it to the Academic Affairs Team
